Whether you pray in public or private, in your own words or through declaring the scriptures Isaiah 61, the heartbeat of #SetTheCaptivesFree is first and foremost a global call to PRAY for the Israeli hostages in Gaza.

We are asking millions of Christians around the world to appeal to God in heaven in prayer to set the captives free and to comfort all who mourn. There are still many Israelis held captive in Gaza, and millions of Israeli families are broken hearted.

Please pray, according to Isaiah 61 that the Lord would:

• Bind up the broken hearted
• Proclaim freedom for the captives
• Release from darkness for the prisoners
• Proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor
• Comfort all who mourn
• Console all who mourn in Zion
• Give them beauty for ashes
• Give them oil of joy for mourning
• Give them garments of praise for a spirit of despair
